THE AMAZING GRACE

Amazing grace sounds like this: "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus." Romans 3:23-24

We always understand that Easter is one out of the 3 significant events in the Life of Jesus (His Birth, Death and Resurrection). At Easter we remember the last week of Jesus' life, or 'Holy Week'. This signals the end of Lent, in the Christian calendar.

The amazing grace. What’s so amazing about this grace at Easter, what’s so interesting, what so illuminating about this grace. After all, life is just full of pleasure hm. Amazing as it is the “Amazing grace” brought a solution to eternal condemnation. It brought hope of everlasting life and glory. Isn’t it amazing that after the pressures of life instead of the pleasure that many think about its all about the pleasure of eternity. “They shouted 'Hosanna' which means 'Save us now'.

A very important event happened a Sunday before the Easter Sunday. The festival of the Passover. Many people gathered on the streets to catch a glimpse of the savoir the king of the Jews. Some other people have their eyes set on looking for any slight advantage to see a fault in Jesus. Though they tried the found non. For all who believed that Jesus was the Son of God, it was a very significant time of joy. For the world has found its savior and it was about to be ‘Finished’. The authorities were extremely suspicious of his teachings and claims. You know there is this thing about Jesus, many people gathered to see Jesus as he rode into the city on the back of a donkey.

In our dear society today people remember Palm Sunday by decorating churches with palm branches, and other shows or dramatic acting’s portraying the death of Christ on the cross. But then, it’s not all about the palm tree, or the decorations and the remembrance it’s much more than that. Some people in the congregation understood “they shouted Hosanna” (save us now). 

You know we all have different perspectives of the reason for our existence but actually the reason for your existence can only be known by your creator. You know Easter is the celebration of God’s amazing grace to mankind. For God so love the world that He gave His only son. Despite the horrible beginnings of man, God still loved.. By His grace we were saved and redeemed by His blood. Like ship we have all gone astray. When Jesus was on the cross he stated “it is finished”. That was when the long gone relationship between man and God was restored. You know God’s amazing grace have saved man from being destroyed. That very burden carried by man for so long. That huge sacrifice who can make, that huge love that nothing can compensate. God showed a love that has no limit. Despite we have spat on Him, call Him names, tear down His garment, He did not loss site of His mission. His mission was without omission. This life really has nothing to offer but God offered a life that made living worth it; a life in Christ. So we live no longer by the pattern of this world. We were once in darkness but God through Jesus restored us to the light.

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me.
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.

We were once lost but know we are found, once was blind but no we see..Jesus is the ultimate. He did not allow the distractions around him, He suffered and died…

The symbolism of Grace A sign was placed above Jesus' cross which read 'The King of the Jews'. When Jesus conquered the cross, He was not only the king of the Jew, but the savior of the world. our shame he took, our debts he bore, our pains He suffered. It’s a great privilege to know that this very Jesus gave us hope for a new beginning and a new life. Jesus is not only the King of the Jew but the king of All. That only through Him we can live, through Him we can breath, there’s no one like Him. He is the king of Life, the king of victory, King of salvation. Jesus has become the symbol that no one can cross to the other side of life eternal except through Him. “I am the way the truth and the life no one can come to the father except through me. Jesus experienced a very slow and agonizing death. Watch out one amazing thing that happened in the event of Jesus crucifixion. One of the prisoners at Jesus left looked up and acknowledged he is a sinner. Immediately he new that a heart came and the grace about to come, he said Jesus remember me in paradise. Jesus said you will be with me in paradise. Only if we acknowledge, can we gain that new life that is in Christ. The life of peace and fulfillment.

Jesus had indeed risen from the dead.

Jesus suffered and died on the Cross, His body being put to death, and His spirit died when He was made sin. But His spirit was made alive and He yielded it to the Father.

God's amazing grace and mercy now obligates us to love and to forgive as Christ did. This is a time of refreshment of friendships and rejuvenation of the mind to the extend of making people around you understand the unconditional love that Christ Jesus showed on the cross. A replicate must occur to show that we are truly bore by His love, grace and mercy.

Do you recognize Jesus Christ as your King and Lord?

The mercy God showed is to all mankind. We can now walk into Gods present through His son Jesus Christ. You know you have a choice to chose eternal life or eternal condemnation. After life on earth there is only two places one can be…Hell or Heaven. Christ have given us the sure way to salvation and to life everlasting. Chose life because God loves you and me. May the peace and joy of this very purpose of Christ death and resurrection reign in your life.

He is risen

Jesus the corner stone, who bore my sins,

Born through man,

Suffered by the hand of man,

Spat in whole by man,

No hand can harm, no heart can calm,

The spring of life, the living spring,

A road as tight, He endured for man,

The shame He took, on the cross today,

And took our heavy sins away,

In the tomb down He lay,

Between the times, he’s defeat hurray,

Death he strains, life he reigns.

The hope and reconciliation for all

Plugged our eyes upon Him to gaze,

So He died to save,

No one says yes when no he says,

His life as a carpenter never stopped His mission,

His light to the world however brought no omission,

He died on the cross today, for our sins he lay,

He has risen again, to raise those who lay astray.

Jesus is the reason for the season, celebrate!!!!

Life Simplicity

(…Life is simple when you see your greatest fear becoming your daily joy and makes you stronger.

            In a diversified world filled with diverse stories of the unimaginable experiences. As man has never known the plans of God as to where you will be born and where you will feed. This explains why all have different pattern of stories and thoughts. It’s not an easy task to face the ‘glamorous’ face of the pressures of this life. You keep being a patient man trying to wait to “eat the fattest bone” sometimes you don’t know when you will just eat the real physical bone. Then another person gets a warm welcome for his life achievement and you’re still there. You get so sorry and feel like giving up the race of life. Down, you say to yourself “what a life”. FACT: LIFE IS WORTH MORE.

Life is very simple but complicated. How? Life is simple when you see it in your wildest dreams and your greatest imaginations, but when it comes to living it, it becomes a barricade. A man plans his life as detailed as possible: when I finish my secondary or high school, I will move to the University immediately, after that, get a good job and marry, have kids and live a good life, as simple as that. Some don’t have the intentions of moving further; having in mind ambitions of grooming themselves in a business enterprise or a lucrative day to day pay job. Looking at this, who will say how you would do that? You may get to experience difficulty in raising your fund for a start. Practically obstacles might arise even when you try to save some cash as time goes on. You might not be even sure that when you start the business you will spring up within a tip of an eyes blink. It’s all not certain. But then God is there right. Yes! Perhaps you prayed to God for help and Waller- no answer. What will you do? Its not that your prayer has not yet being answered however it might be a test of your faith or it might not be the right time. This goes also to all who have one case or the other. God wants us to be patient. “That’s all”? It’s not all, because life is not a direct 1-2-3-4-5. One might say what of those born with a silver spoon. Yap, that’s right, those people have the capacity because someone has paid. That dose not guarantee a full smooth life. May I draw the attention of the reader to the phrase “the rich also cry”! Being rich doesn’t mean you are not faced with challenges or difficulties but in a way resources help to cover up the basic human needs as to living. To you whom your sweat was paid for do it unto others by paying for there entangling sweat (helping them or uplifting them. Randy Alcon – Treasure principle of giving quotes “God Prospers Me Not to Raise My Standard of Living, but to Raise My Standard of Giving” 1 Timothy 6:17-18  “Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment. Command them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, and to be generous and willing to share. In this way they will lay up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation for the coming age, so that they may take hold of the life that is truly life”. (to help the lesser people so that there can be a balance).

Now to the reader, you are dared and will be dared by the dread of complicate in this life. “Your complicate is determined by your level of competency”. You might want to say, why is my life stocked at this point. This in view means life has become a;  1-2-3 -^{--- ---}- 4 -^{-- - ---}--5 - -6---? Wow, if you notice the view, the intend was 1-2-3, which is smooth but when about to get to 4 there was a dash claiming up before step 4, then to 5 and so on. At this points you feel - is this the life you ought to live. You have done so many things but could not work out.

            Obviously the plans might be as I said before, go to school, get a job and marriage. Probably that’s your plans. But reverse might be the case. One get to finish his high school, no higher institution, or get to finish university and no job or finish university  and get job but the income no where to think of marriage. You get married, no hand to get satisfied – pay your bills, eat the food you want to eat, put the cloths you wants to where, your children going to the schools you want them to go. It’s not easy but life is simple.

            Why do I keep repeating “life is simple”. Yes because “A life without God is life an egg without a shell”. Even in the mist of trouble, trails, temptations, distractions, depression, oppressions, pressures of life, His peace is what you need. A friend of my heart always reminds me of this “there is no competition in destiny”. It’s difficult to accept as true but it’s the truth. Your friends have gone far already. I could recall a person talking about his friend. He said when he called his friend the reply was, “you are not in our level and that’s why I can’t walk with you again, please understand”. You know, people get to a place where life seems to reject them.

Perplexed with life?

 Wondering in the parts of darkness, when the light has shown in the East. Begin your journey of grace and unending peace. If you know your creator (God), go back to Him and ask Him to show you the purpose of your existence. You did not invent yourself so you don’t know anything about your direction and destination but if you know your creator, you need not know the direction or destination because he will absolutely take you there. “A Godly life is a life of purpose” Abraham john

            You might have thought of giving up, you might have analyzed a little end of your life, you might have said you will always be an averaged person, you might classify yourself as been and will be poor for life. You may have ever regretted existing or a day you felt like dying or quitting. You may have made a mistake you think you have done the worse. You may have lost what you cherished the most and you feel so Mara (bitter). You may have been struggling with habits, or have had several partners. You may feel you have lost it all. But no, you have just started to exist. Only if you give Jesus your all (Rom. 25) He alone can set you free and give you peace to break the parcels of life and climb the heights of victory and smile the smile of joy and dreams the dreams you live. Life is simplicity in obedience to the will of God.

            Who said life is not simple. The eternal glory awaits all who trust and obey. After life on earth, eternity is determined – Hell or Heaven”?

            Who said life is not 1-2-3-4 !!
