DEFINED MOMENTS OF CHANGE

...........Any thing done out of love is beyond good and evil.
          

        The agenda of the world have made it clear that people, who succeed over their trembling problems in life, are seldom people who have made a redeemable change in their lives. People are often faced with a lot of challenges in life just because they refuse or do not realize the mandate of change. Stressing a need for change could be in our society, in our homes, in our work environment. But I want to limit it to individual change.
The individual is a person who is prompt to actions and reactions which may lead to a positive or negative effect. Each individual experience a natural phenomena of growth. 

       In our society today people tend to give to believes to the fact that their can be no change. Although I can say this fact “the world it self cannot change, for what has been written in the Bible must surely come to past” but this I always say “if the individual can change, then he is prompt to change the people around his jurisdiction”.
Further, when Jesus met Nicodemus in the Bible (John 3:3), he told him this “unless a man is born again (factor of change) he shall not see the kingdom of God”. This shows us that a change must occur before true and everlasting things are revealed. We can also see 4-7, Nicodemus thought in the flesh but Jesus is talking about a spirit or an inward change. I want to tell you that unless you defined your self:  then you will know the true purpose of life success. Rick Warren wrote in his book ‘the purpose driven life – “while there are illegitimate parents, there are no illegitimate children. Many children are unplanned by their parents, but they are not unplanned by God. God’s purpose took int account human error, and even sin.” God never makes mistakes.  “Some people have heaven in their tongue but the world in their hearts” You must discover Christ before your purpose will be true. You can not make any progress be it in life, in institutions, organizations, and so on, if you do not change from the perspective of your old way of life. We must understand that our lives are predesigned by God. All we need is to make the relevant choices of change necessary, following the biblical revelation of a righteous living.
In every day life we meet many different set of people and character. “Your association determines your assimilation”. What you see (the eye gate), what you hear (the ear gate) and what you say (mouth gate), can influence your destiny. It is said in economics “the higher you earn the higher your propensity to consume”. I can also say “the higher you change for good the higher your will to succeed”.
“It is not enough to steer at the stairs rather step the stairs”.
Change is that force that directs you to the fulfillment of your destiny. A change in a life Honors God. Change brings peace because of the progress your life is making.
Take for example a man who drives a car on gear one to lagos, from lagos back to plateau. Now can you imagine how many hours it took him to have left Jos to lagos and then with the same gear come back. That is how a life if not changed will move at the lowest pace of success. 

In history today changes have made magnificent things even till this present day. There came a time were people have to trek to far distances on foot,

a change came with the use of animal (more comfortable) another  change came with the use of wooden bicycles, another with the use of motor bikes, another faster means, with the use of four wheels, another with the use of modern trains,

and another with the use of air planes. All of the above began with a change which led to what we enjoy today. Change is necessary and vital in the life of each individual especially as it concern a godly change of understanding your purpose in life.

“Change today and the speed of your output will increase”.

          Environmental change - This aspect of change has to do with your environment. Some of us today are living in one place enjoying and seeing the same situations and we think we are ok. No, going out and changing your environment makes you learn new things; have new view on life issues and struggles, makes you appreciated who you are, make you change completely. The kind of life we see around us can influence if we do not confront them with boldness and commitment. “CITY TAKERS”. The Bible says the spirit is willing but the flesh is not. Until we change through the spirit we can never overcome the flesh so also unless we strengthen our spiritual life we can not take a city. A change provides one with new opportunities in life success. Some one gave a story ones. “A man decided to take his son for a trip in a village. His son was much exited. After they had finished their little trip, On their way back in the car the father told his son “can you see how people in the village are suffering” Surprisingly the son answered “no the aren’t poor people, they are rich. We have only on pipe of water in our house but they have rivers, we buy our foods, but they plant their food, we have small land for our house, but the have many wild lands.” He than said “thank you dad for showing me how poor we are”. Not withstanding this story is not to make us think they are free from financial problems of some other forms of hardship. Its just to channel our mind towards living our environment and strolling through the crannies of the less privilege and the tendency of us finding our calling in helping out and working as in thoughts of others well being.  

          Crowd change- The chance you have to meet many people in this world dose not mean you should go along “Choose your friends”. The kind of friends you keep can easily have and influence on you if you do not have the influence of the word in you. The Bible says Eph. 6:10-18, “put on the full amour of God so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes”. If you read 17- it describes the word as the sword of the spirit. “The things that matter before do not matter now and the things that do not matter before now matters”. People no are no longer disturbed about the things that can kill, but they adhere and practice them in freedom. Ignorance, for example I ones ask a friend why is it that the films we watch today promote sex so boldly as though it were good. They world has term it as “enjoyment”. I now said if sex is not a sin as they meant in this films, then why cant they promote stealing, murder, Pedosexuality (sexual attraction towards children) covetousness etc. we need to make a stand.

Commitment change- You need to change your commitments. This includes all aspects of your life. If you are a student you need to work harder than before, if you are a worker, you need to be more diligent and hardworking, if you are a teacher you need to teach well enough, if you are a leader any where, you need to lead by example, tolerance and humility of heart. Changing your commitment makes you to achieve a maximum output because it will take you and extra effort to get things well done.

          Discipline change- For an environment to be peaceful there must be a disciplined atmosphere where every one knows his duty and works at maximum in order to produce a quality of success. Successful people are not born they are simply made. “Goal setters are goal getters”.

          Lastly, take a step, cross over to a new turn around for good. Makes things you did not know you can make, achieve the extraordinary things, and create maximum output in your business, school, institutions, organizations, associations and so on. Most especially make the change your life and the world needs. “Your closest family is your neighbor”. Let your light illuminate in the corners of the world around you.

OH LITTLE TOWN OF BETHLEHEM

(When the bride groom returns)

…………There Is a Call in the Four Corners of the Earth

Oh little town of Bethlehem (You), oh little light from within,

Looking like another side of night.

Darkness has swept the peace of light from her heart.

We live in this world above our deep and dreamless sleep as a giant star lights up the sky (Jesus) and while you were lying in the dark He shines an everlasting light. “For the king has left His throne and is sleeping in a manger…” See His birth, a King of all Kings, A king who came to Die for all, when He came He has no room prepared for Him.

Oh Bethlehem would you have missed while you were sleeping for God became man and step into the world for the salvation of all. Would you have missed to prepare a room for Him when He returns? Oh you Man, what have you gained in all conscious and obsessed worldly lifestyle. Oh you Man, have not the world alone rejected the truth and choose to stand for the pleasures that lead to death? Oh little town of Bethlehem will you go down in History as a city with no room for his King while you were sleeping?

            The Father gave His only son, they way, the truth and the life…..but there was no room for Him in the world He came to save. Jerusalem what have you missed while you were slumbering thinking the world and its pleasures will never end. O no, the world is just a few minutes away from destruction…a second away from ending. Where are you?

The harvest is great and the Labourers are few. Were are you when the world says we want our freedom, where were you when the world craves for material things, where were you when the world appeals so badly for sex, where were you when the rich trample on the poor, where were you when a chip must be inserted in you before you get medical attention, where were you when the world fights for democracy, where were you when a little child was crying when his parents were killed by massacres, where were you when young women are been traffic away for prostitution, where were you when the crying world calls…. There is a call. Where were you? Will you answer the call?

            The world of darkness today, the bed of cries from the east, west, north and south…the four corners of the earth. It’s yet another side of the night. The society pays attention to the things that are worthless instead of saving human lives. They save animals instead of children, they save trees instead, they save an invention instead of saving human lives. Men have become the downfall of fellow men, giants of ants.

            And while you were lying in the dark, there is a calling across the world…. For the bride groom has returned and has carried His Bride away… where will you be found…..?

Oh little Jerusalem will He return while you were sleeping. Will Jesus return today, will He live us slumbering were we are. Will we go down in the History as a city with no room for our king? Will we be sleeping? Will we miss out? Will you be sleeping? The world on top another side of darkness… there is a calling. Will you answer this calling? Jesus the saviour of the world has died on the cross today for you. Would you believe in Him and take a step? Jesus is coming.

In humility He came

In truth He thought

In mercy He healed

In love He saved

In shame He died

In victory He arose and

In power He reigns.

LIFE AND BITTERNESS

"When you have something of great quality and you take care of it then you'll have it forever"

         In a world filled with perplexity, the pressures of life's quest seems impossible to overcome. In this life are different people with different stories, different seasons, different situations. This explains why we all have different thumb prints. Its not an easy task to face the "glamorous face of the pressures of this life". Life seems so persevere to some people making them have fears and limited dreams. Life might present you with a figure- "have you a time in your life or even now felt so badly disturbed because someone close to you succeed and you're still there without moving. Sometimes its just a line, a question pops up "is life worth it?". Life's worth more than you can ever imagine.

The Crying World

            Bitterness according to me in emotional sense of feeling, is the rate at which a heart is weak, lonely and dis-stabilize. Its kind of weird, but today every one has experienced one or more events that has to do with emotions being tempered with. Its not so new, its not so far. In our homes we have this kind of experience, the parents shout at their children, say all sort of things to them such as “when will you change”, “do you even have a future”, you can never be something in life” and so on. Knowing well that you are trying your best to change, you get upset and bend down in frustration. The good news is that “are they your inventor?”. Do not allow this things to take over your heart because you have a creator. Your parents don’t know your purpose but only God knows it because He is your inventor. Rick Warren in his book “The Purpose Driven Life” said “ the purpose of your life is far greater than your own personal fulfillment, your peace of mind, or you’re your happiness. It’s far greater than your family, your career, or even your wildest dreams and ambitions”. So you see, it all starts with God.

In our schools, some teachers may have ushered us with words that hurts so badly that we felt like living school. Some family's show no care or sense of love. But then listen to this “ our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually who are you not to be? We where born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same”~said Marianne Williamson. See you need to develop you self esteem. I was ones a student who was happy with my state of education as an average student but when I got to ss1, I realized that I was no one to be an average student. I stepped up and became one of the best student in my class, if not the first , the second. Never let anyone take you for granted by telling you “you cannot make it”, God has a plan for you. " For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."Jeremiah 29:11(NIV)
How do we see bitterness of the heart. Some people around you have lost their loved ones, spouse, some have lost their lovely opposite sex, some their most wanted and important exams, some others their promotions and so on. It’s a thing of bitterness.

            People caught in this state of bitterness experience what I call “the dim sight of joy”. I know that many will be wondering how can it be that bitterness has joy. Yes, my dear. Bitterness has joy. Its all in the mind. There is a final joy attached to bitterness. People who experience this joy are people who never take failure or lost as an option, they fight and never give up. Never let your self your family your generation and your Inventor down. You are the future, make it bright cos “its always A Brighter Beginning (ABB)”~abraham
